This firm has built a strong reputation for providing top-tier legal services in the areas of real estate and community association law, and they are seeking a skilled attorney to join their team. This is an on-site position only.Qualifications:Active license to practice law in Florida, in good standingMinimum of 2 years of experience in community association lawStrong expertise in interpreting governing documents, providing governance advice, preparing amendments, and addressing fair housing issuesIn-depth knowledge of community association law, real estate law, and related fieldsExceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectivelyExperience in delivering specialized training to board directors, committees, and managersResponsibilities:Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, purchases, financing, and leasingAssist in forming, registering, governing, and ensuring compliance for residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominium associationsProvide expert guidance on community association law, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and successful project completionsRepresent developers, lenders, landlords, and community associations in a variety of legal mattersReview, analyze, negotiate, and draft legal documents, including agreements, deeds, loan documents, leases, declarations, and covenantsManage and coordinate all aspects of transactions, ensuring timely closings and project milestones are metProvide guidance on interpreting governing documents, governance issues, and fair housing complianceConduct training sessions for boards of directors, committees, and community managersParticipate actively in community association and industry organizationsContribute articles to industry publications and engage in relevant chapter eventsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive Florida Bar licenseStrong knowledge and experience in community association law and real estateCompensation: This position offers a competitive annual salary and a comprehensive benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a dynamic team at a highly regarded law firm!
