We offer career growth opportunities as a fast growing company in a high demand industry.This position is 100% on site and located in Enfield, Connecticut.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Electrical Engineer will understand electrical and hydraulic systems in order to effectively diagnose machine failures, identify root causes, and resolve issues with electrical components. This position will have a solid overview of all company projects and must understand how multiple systems integrate and work together.Research and development of new productsManage projects through multiple phases including design, prototype and manufacturing.Provide mentorship to junior engineers.Creating design changes based on root causes analyses of issues in the fieldCreating electrical systems including 3 phase power, low voltage controls, motor controls, PLCProduct improvementResponsible for creation and maintenance of product documentationIn depth understanding of the company's products and applications.Creating documentation for products and design changesProviding live technical support via phone and emailOther Functions:Perform related duties as requiredThe duties listed above are intended only as an illustration of the various types of work that may be performed.
