Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sanitation Specialist to join our team in Roseville, California. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of a high-volume logistics and distribution warehouse by operating industrial cleaning equipment and performing routine sanitation tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or in a team environment, and experience in custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning roles. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Located in Roseville, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, and maintain high-traffic warehouse areas
• Perform routine cleaning and facility maintenance tasks
• Monitor, replenish, and manage cleaning supplies and inventory
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• Support waste management and disposal procedures in compliance with regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of custodial, janitorial, or sanitation experience preferred
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
