Pay and Benefits:

We are looking for day shift, weekends, and overnights.

In taking this caregiver position, you would receive:

 

• Hourly pay $20 -$24 an hour

  • Professional experience, certification status, and training, considered in start rate

  • No need to worry about losing client hours (must qualify with certification, minimum available hours, and communication standards)

  • 5% of wages earned, must meet reliability standard of being on time, minimal call outs, minimal cancellations and completing assigned training

For caregivers that need training the good news is that all training can be provided through our earn while you learn program. However, there a few character traits that are unique to you:

You don’t mind getting a little dirty by assisting the client with light housekeeping.

 

You enjoy building relationships with your client by providing companionship during activities such as going on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, participating with hobbies and other fun activities.

 

You don’t have to be a gourmet chef but you can prepare a good meal, work your way around a kitchen and run to the grocery store, if needed.

 

Caregiver Must Haves:
