Responsibilities Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time Production Control Coordinator (PCC) to provide crucial administrative support in Manassas, VA. This Role Involves Managing service requests, maintaining the CMMS, dispatching technicians, scheduling subcontractors, collecting visit reports, and interfacing with customers Additionally, the PCC handles general office tasks such as time‑sheet tracking, product purchasing, and maintaining records as necessary Responsibilities also include project administration, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with customers on facility maintenance activities. The PCC must attend monthly financial review meetings. Shift hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM‑4:00 PM Salary $35.27 per hour Qualifications Must be able to pass and maintain a US Capitol Police background check Requires 5+ years’ experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, and financial tracking Must support robust tracking of reimbursable spending accounts General understanding of maintenance operations is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions required Previous NetSuite experience is a plus Project tracking software experience Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent Excellent written and oral English communication skills EOE, including disability/veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
