Description:
Interacts with our guests to ensure they have a great experience. Carry-out employees are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, you are expected to be attentive to our guest needs, making them feel welcome while waiting for their food.

Requirements:
Maintain a Guest focus while performing all duties
Assume 100% responsibility for our guests' quality experience
Welcome and greet guests almost immediately
Complete menu knowledge - able to answer questions regarding our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Make genuine recommendations of specific beverage, appetizer, entrée and desserts.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter in our POS system.
Repeat back all orders
Responsibly for packing correct food order and supplies for our Guest
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Maintain clean and stocked (including yourself)!
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.

Additional Info:
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
• Must have the ability to accurately handle money and operate a POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Be able to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment.
• Be able to work in increased and decreased temperatures
