About the Role

This role involves overseeing loan portfolio performance, credit quality, collections, and risk management, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The SVP of Lending will also be tasked with supporting the company's growth and member service objectives, leading the lending team, and representing the organization within the community and industry. Applicants for the SVP of Lending position at the company should have a strong background in consumer, mortgage, and business lending, with a focus on executive lending leadership experience within a credit union or community financial institution. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in developing lending strategy, managing credit quality, and overseeing collections. Knowledge of NCUA regulations and lending compliance is essential.
