Marketing Project Coordinator (OKC/FT) Safety Sensitive - Driving

*This role is fully located on-site at the Oklahoma City offices* Examples of Work Performed for Marketing Project Coordinator Receive work orders, prioritize workload based on deadlines and the Director of Marketing. Communicate to customers and other departments for additional information required for a project. Provide rough concept options. Request, revise and get approval from Director of Marketing and customer. Proceed with producing the final content. Outsource print production to local production facilities and have them deliver, and install in some cases, assets to our customers. Deliver all digital assets to the teams responsible for posting the creative content. Receive constructive feedback and direction from Director of Marketing. Do not miss deadlines. Examples of projects include in-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, email ads, etc. Perform any other duties as directed by management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge of the latest computer packages used for graphic design. Outstanding communication skills – able to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license with no more than two traffic violations or one chargeable accident within the past three years. Physical Activity Requirements Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
