Roles & Responsibilities Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance Utilize the property management system to make reservations, check‑in and check‑out guests, process payments, maintain a cash drawer, and operate office equipment Comply with all standard operating procedures Ensure all end‑of‑day tasks are successfully executed Listen attentively to guests, anticipate their needs, and promptly respond to concerns to promote 100% guest satisfaction Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the property Complete daily audit, balances, posts, and reports on front desk, guestrooms, food and beverage cash and credit operations Begin revenue reconciliation by printing reports, completing daily spreadsheets, and emailing the finance team Perform rolling of the property management system (PMS) into a new calendar day Perform Guest Experience Agent duties, promptly registering and assisting guests with arrivals and departures Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities Perform wake‑up calls if requested by a guest Coordinate the delivery of guest amenities, as needed Prepare a reservation list for the next business day Keep the front desk area clean and neat by sanitizing surfaces and office equipment Promptly escalate any maintenance issues or emergencies to the appropriate authorities Carry out any other duties assigned by leadership Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered One year or more of previous Night Auditor or front desk experience preferred; not required Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with PA Child Labor Laws Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to work overnight (third shift) Must have reliable transportation to and from work for the scheduled shift Ability to comply with all uniform policies Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns positively and professionally Positive, outgoing, professional attitude Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations with poise and finesse Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities Accurate use of Point of Sale (POS) and/or other cash handling equipment Proficiency with office technology and equipment such as PC, software, and copier General understanding of accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to follow direction, multi‑task, and work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand in place for long periods of time Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for the majority of the workday Ability to occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders Ability to remain sedentary for extended periods, while using a computer Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 20 pounds Working Conditions Role based in an indoor lodging setting, predominantly at the front desk Potential exposure to variable outside temperatures on occasion, including heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditions Subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reprioritize activities Subject to constant repetitive motion Benefits Competitive salary, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, employee discounts, and a supportive work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
