Director, Value Based Products & Attribution

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise approach to value‑based care balancing year‑to‑year wins with long‑term targeted bets, including developing new value‑based products to meet market demand.
• Conduct competitive assessments of value‑based models in place today and emerging models from CMS/CMMI, refine and improve existing models, and lead new model ideation.
• Act as business owner of the attribution engine and member assignment, developing multi‑year provider attribution targets for key markets based on future capability enhancements and in coordination with clinical asset growth strategy.
• Define annual market prioritization and provider attribution targets based on segment priorities and existing tools.
• Coordinate with Contracting and Performance teams to bring new models to market for TCOC, HEDIS, Stars, and risk adjustment accuracy improvements.
• Support development and piloting of new value‑based models including bundles and system partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience in healthcare consulting, value‑based analytics, or similar, with heavy exposure to population health, value‑based care and/or product design.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or additional related work experience.
