Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will lead and manage all onsite installers and field employees for assigned projects. The role includes overseeing projects from planning to completion, with responsibilities in budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management. The Superintendent will also engage directly in carpentry work when necessary, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, MI. The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
