Job Description
Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment to ensure products meet safety, quality, and production standards. Responsibilities include running pasteurizers, collecting product samples, following recipes and batch requirements, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any food safety or quality concerns. Must follow all safety, sanitation, and manufacturing procedures while working effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
