Associate Designer - Girls Apparel

We are a leading children's apparel company engaged in licensed and private label business with major retailers across the USA. Job Description Support the design and development of seasonal apparel collections for the Big Girls Walmart licensed business Research current fashion, color, graphic, and market trends relevant to the target customer Create and update apparel designs, colorways, and presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Collaborate with Senior Designers, Graphic Designers, Merchandising, and Product Development teams Help develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines, retailer needs, and seasonal trends Review samples and provide design feedback throughout the development process Organize and maintain design files, artwork, and seasonal project information Assist with approvals and revisions to ensure designs meet brand and customer expectations Qualifications 2+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in children's or retail apparel Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong understanding of fashion trends, color, graphics, and apparel construction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Licensed apparel experience is a plus Must be located in NYC Position is primarily onsite with some flexibility to work from home on Fridays #J-18808-Ljbffr H.
