Dietary Aide

Join the Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center Team in Erie, Pennsylvania!

Nightingale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dependable, team-oriented Dietary Aides to support our Dietary Department and help provide an excellent dining experience for our residents. As a Dietary Aide , you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking pride in serving others and making a difference in the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do:

Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and meal service
Deliver trays and ensure residents receive correct diet orders
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices
Wash dishes, clean equipment, and follow daily cleaning schedules
Work collaboratively with the Dietary Manager and dietary team
Support a positive, respectful dining environment for residents

What We're Looking For:

Previous dietary, kitchen, or food-service experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and stay organized
Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
Compassionate attitude and commitment to resident care
Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends as needed
