Community Manager

Growing Association Management Company, in our fast-paced Raleigh location, needs a Community Manager to join our team!In this role, you will serve as one of the most visible team members, and the ideal candidate should enjoy engaging with people and proactively addressing problems. As a Community Manager, your responsibilities will include working with the HOA Board of Directors for a portfolio of multiple communities. You will act as the Board's daily point of contact with community members, vendors, and contractors.Responsibilities and Duties (to include but not limited to):Regular inspections of common area amenitiesAssisting with rule enforcementCoordinating community vendorsOrganizing and running the Board meetings, Annual community meetings, and Board electionsOccasional evening meetings required, both in-person and virtualQualifications:Excellent organizational abilitiesExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills1-3 years in the HOA Management field is strongly preferred; however, extensive customer service skills acquired through call-center, restaurant, retail experience or similar field(s) working directly with clients is highly consideredAbility to read financial statements and prepare budgetsAbility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple prioritiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of CINC is a plusMust be able to pass a background and have reliable transportationValid driver's license is requiredFull in-house training to be providedWe offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, health spending account, and life insurance.
