Inputs chemotherapy treatment orders as per the ordering physician and coordinates treatment appointments with the infusion center.Monitors patient adherence to oral chemotherapy medications and all other medications ordered by the physician.Collaborates with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
