Overview Location: Fully onsite (option for 9/80s) Pay Rate: $30-50 5 Days of PTO accrued New Year’s Day – Observed Thursday, 1/1/2026 Memorial Day – Monday, 5/25/2026 July 4th – Saturday, 7/4/2026 Labor Day – Monday, 9/7/2026 Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, 11/26/2026 Black Friday – Friday, 11/27/2026 Christmas Day (Observed) Job Summary Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Control Specialist to join our team. The APM will work directly with a group of Project Managers helping track materials and reporting on schedules. They will work with engineering to resolve materials issues, and operations to discuss schedule risks. Key Responsibilities Support 3 Project Managers by coordinating day‑to‑day project activities across assigned work. Track material orders, deliveries, and availability, and work with engineering to resolve material‑related issues. Monitor project schedules, identify potential risks or delays, and communicate impacts to PMs and operations teams. Assist with preparing schedule updates, status reports, and project documentation. Coordinate with operations teams to discuss schedule risks and support mitigation planning. Manage smaller, low‑complexity projects independently as assigned. Maintain accurate project data using Excel; support reporting and analysis as needed. Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth project execution. Independently run 1 project themselves Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordinator, or project control specialist role Proficiency in Excel Ability to work onsite 5 days a week Proficiency in schedule management tools and practices Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Experience with SAP Experience working within oil and gas or construction Experience managing multiple projects at once #J-18808-Ljbffr
