You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing a diverse team of dedicated interdisciplinary professionals, from early career to seasoned clinicians. Manage, empower, and motivate team members in a dynamic work environment. Proactively execute administrative functions to achieve seamless patient care including the review of clinician caseloads, staffing needs, recruitment process, and assigned scheduling of team members. Use and learn tools and systems, problem solve new and different situations, and elevate issues timely to leadership to achieve organizational success and improved clinical outcomes. Qualifications Licenses and Certifications License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Physical Therapist in New York State, required Education Bachelor's degree in nursing or physical therapy from a program approved by the New York State Department of Education or equivalent work experience or Master's degree in nursing or physical therapy or equivalent work experience, required Work Experience Minimum of three years nursing experience and one year home health experience or Minimum of three years of physical therapy experience, required Clinical management experience, preferred Pay Range USD $98,200.00 - USD $130,800.00 /Yr.
