Production Control Coordinator
$52.42kWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing & Documentation Coordinator (up to $28/hr) to bridge operations between Manufacturing, IPQA, QA, and Warehousing in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will request, track, and review production batch records for Good Documentation Practices (GDP), calculation accuracy, and completeness, while directly assisting floor personnel in correcting documentation discrepancies. Candidates should hold a High School Diploma or GED paired with 5+ years of manufacturing experience—ideally in Oral Solid Dose (OSD) tablet and capsule production combining floor and production control responsibilities. candidates will possess advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), SAP/ERP experience, familiarity with Kanban inventory control, and the ability to generate key performance reports, reconcile inventory, and support SOP/OJT updates; proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. salary: $52,416 - $58,968 per year

- High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in Oral Solid Dose Manufacturing (tablets and capsules), with a combination of manufacturing floor and production control experience.
- strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, filters, and data tracking, are preferred.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems is desired.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
