Key Responsibilities Lead a successful team of agents and support staff. Sell Allstate’s products and services to help customers meet their needs. Qualifications Prior business or franchise ownership preferred, but not required. Previous insurance experience a plus, but not required. Experience in day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing strategy or business/sales management.
