Job Description We are looking for someone who can: Lead a successful team Sell Allstate’s products and services to help customers meet their needs Build trust with customers Be a confident self-starter Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing strategies; drive sales and customer relationships; achieve commission and bonus targets; manage agency operations including payroll, lease, marketing, and utilities.
