Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence matters. Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the case. Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to maintain case progress and efficiency. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in family law, with proven courtroom and litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 to start. Bonus Structure: Available after meeting 1,600 billable hours per year .
