Job Summary The Contracts Specialist will support the Contracts team in the review, processing, and administration of contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, assisting in ensuring contractual compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting the full lifecycle of customer and vendor agreements. Assist with the review, tracking, and execution of customer and vendor agreements Support the preparation and processing of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts Maintain accurate and organized contractual records in accordance with company procedures Help monitor contract performance and due dates for key deliverables Assist in preparing documentation for contract modifications and closeouts Support compliance with FAR and other federal contracting guidelines Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Program Management, and Operations to ensure alignment on contract requirements Provide administrative support for proposal and contract reviews Help create summaries or response matrices for RFPs as needed Assist in internal audits and updates of contract templates and databases Position Qualifications In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
