• Execute furniture upholstery tasks to achieve superior finishes and precise results.
• Prepare fabric by measuring, cutting, and stitching to align with specific design blueprints.
• Revitalize and mend furniture upholstery to preserve the essence of the initial design.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure all production goals are met while upholding quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to a safer workplace by keeping your designated area tidy and following all safety guidelines.
• Provide clear updates to supervisors and peers regarding project status and any obstacles encountered.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated history of working in furniture sewing and upholstery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of diverse upholstery methods and material types.
• Proficiency in analyzing and following design patterns and technical specifications.
• Meticulous approach to tasks to ensure the delivery of high-caliber craftsmanship.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage time effectively, whether working solo or in a group.
• Foundational familiarity with standard upholstery equipment and sewing machinery.
• Completion of high school or a GED, with preference given to those holding upholstery certifications or specialized training.
