We are seeking an energetic Wellness Specialist to provide injury prevention onsite at a local automotive manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. We strive to increase the workforce’s ability to perform their job duties safely and decrease the risk of injury through intervention at the early onset of discomfort in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Develop programs that create awareness, motivation and provide tools to employees and dependents that help them adapt and maintain a well‑rounded healthy lifestyle. Education and Training Required A Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or another related field (Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness, Health Promotion, Human Performance, Public Health, Physical Education).
