Position Overview

This is an entry-level position. As a Quality Control Specialist, your role ensures that customers drive away in clean, polished vehicles that reflect the quality and care we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain high-quality car wash standards and ensure safety compliance
• Oversee vehicle flow and production in car wash operations
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Assist with equipment upkeep and maintenance
• Train and support team members following Car Spa procedures
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
• Help assess employee skills and productivity
• Perform general duties across car wash roles as needed
• Take on additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

Work Environment

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
