Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Active SLPA license in California
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Proficient in two languages; able to communicate fluently in English and one additional language
• Passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of speech and language services as directed by an SLP
• Assist with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Work with groups or individual students to improve articulation, language, and social communication skills
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support teams to maximize student outcomes
