I opened my agency in 2026 and we are brand new and growing. I was recruited by State Farm to become an agent, and I’m excited to build a strong team from the ground up. I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as an MBA. I’m married with kids, and outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, playing cards, traveling, and staying active. Our agency offers work-life balance, licensing reimbursement, and bonuses for candidates who come in already licensed. I’m focused on creating an environment where team members can grow alongside the business and be part of something from the beginning. Our culture is centered around hard work, integrity, and growth. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Baseem Taraji - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish, Polish or Arabic preferred.
