Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts #J-18808-Ljbffr
