Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Pennsylvania teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (or eligibility to obtain certification). Experience working with preschool‑aged children is preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
