Anaplan Manager

Position Summary Deloitte is seeking an Anaplan Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise planning solutions for complex client environments. This role combines client advisory, solution design, and team leadership across planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Anaplan experience, experience leading project teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable models that support business decision-making. Work you'll do As an Anaplan Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading client-facing planning transformation initiatives and delivering scalable Anaplan solutions. Lead the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models for planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis use casesFacilitate client sessions to define business requirements, model structure, data needs, and implementation prioritiesManage project workstreams, delivery timelines, and quality reviews across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groupsOversee testing, deployment, integration, and post-production support activities for Anaplan implementationsCoach junior practitioners, review model development standards, and identify opportunities to expand solution adoption A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamAbility to lead design of end-to-end planning processes and provide recommendations to clientsEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Finance Transformation offering helps finance and global business services leaders navigate an increasingly challenging environment marked by disruptive tech like AI, market uncertainty, and regulatory change, and recognize the opportunity to better serve the enterprise, shareholders, customers, and regulators. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university6+ years of experience implementing Anaplan solutions4+ years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including gathering business requirements and translating them into model design, calculations, dashboards, user stories, deployment, and production support4+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or direct reportsExperience with Anaplan model building, testing, deployment, and support for planning or forecasting use casesAbility to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Anaplan Model Builder certification, Anaplan Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner certificationExperience integrating Anaplan with Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, or Customer Relationship Management platformsExperience supporting finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or supply chain planning programs The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
