Retirement Services District Manager

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Retirement Services. You will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions. With training you will connect with new and existing clients to sell products that help employees reach retirement readiness. Responsibilities Grow our business while growing yours—work independently and collaborate within your geography to close sales and meet goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans—implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners. Deepen relationships across the ADP family—cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build lasting friendships. Collaborate daily—serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating professionalism and high ethical standards. Qualifications Proven winner—2+ years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience, prospecting, and territory management. Positive self‑starter—upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person and over the phone. Team player—work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates. Trusted advisor—build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises every time. Education and Experience A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience. Military experience—ADP values the discipline and problem‑solving skills veterans bring. Preferred Qualifications Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
