Provide leadership and oversight for maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities
Recruit, coach, and develop Service Managers and maintenance team members
Support communities in achieving goals related to work order completion, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and resident satisfaction
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and maintenance best practices
Partner with operations teams to improve property performance and resident retention
Oversee maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, inventory controls, and expense management
Assist with capital improvement projects, rehabs, due diligence, and property transitions
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety programs, and risk management initiatives
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Assist with emergency response efforts and support communities during maintenance-related challenges
You'll have the opportunity to influence the performance and physical condition of multiple apartment communities.
You'll lead and develop Service Managers and maintenance teams across an entire portfolio.
You'll play a key role in improving maintenance operations, capital projects, unit turn performance, and resident satisfaction.
You'll work alongside operations leadership to drive results and support the long-term success of the portfolio.

Previous Regional Service Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, or equivalent multifamily maintenance leadership experience
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
Proven success leading and developing maintenance teams across multiple properties
Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendors, capital projects, and operational performance
Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned portfolio
Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
