We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Machias, Maine.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and post-operative gynecology patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond to changes in patient status
• Manage unit supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE certifications
• Strong communication and computer skills
• COVID-19 vaccination required in accordance with Maine state mandate
