This position focuses on diagnosing and treating nonsurgical conditions of internal organ systems in adult and adolescent patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct general consultations and patient assessmentsDiagnose and treat common health problemsHelp patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressurePrescribe medications and provide preventive care adviceDocument patient test results, examination notes, and medical historyProvide regular care for patients at outpatient clinicsRequired QualificationsInternal Medicine training completedMD or DO degreeValid medical license or eligibility for licensure in North CarolinaBoard certification or eligibility in Internal MedicinePreferred QualificationsExperience in outpatient primary care settingPassion for patient centered careExcellent clinical judgmentStrong communication skills
