What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in OB/GYN units, including assessments and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPNs/PCTs and unit secretaries
• Document patient information accurately and ensure compliance with policies
• Demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes to meet unit needs
• Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and facility policies

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
