Medical Office Coordinator (Multi-Site) Part-Time | 25-30 Hours Per Week We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused healthcare professional to support daily operations across multiple outpatient medical offices (between Catkills and Athens). This is a part-time position requiring travel between three clinic locations, so reliable transportation is required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position Highlights Part-time position (25-30 hours per week) Travel between three medical office locations required Mileage reimbursement provided in accordance with company policy Daytime weekday schedule Supportive and collaborative healthcare team Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service Schedule and confirm appointments Coordinate patient visits and assist with daily office workflow Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries Verify insurance and demographic information Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and outside healthcare facilities Assist with referrals, authorizations, and other administrative tasks as needed Help ensure efficient daily operations at each assigned location Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between three office locations are required High school diploma or equivalent required If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patient care while working with a dedicated healthcare team, we encourage you to apply.
