Senior It Application & Systems Administrator
Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in system administration, application administration, or a similar IT role. Experience supporting enterprise applications in a Windows environment. Experience with incident management and ticket management, preferably using ServiceNow. Working knowledge of Python, C#, and.NET. Experience working with internal technical teams and external vendors. Basic understanding of networking concepts. Understanding of the relationship between IT and OT environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience SQL skills, including querying, troubleshooting, and scripting. Experience supporting IT applications within a manufacturing environment. Experience with AWS and/or Azure. Experience with PTC cloud technologies. Experience supporting or administering ERP platforms, particularly IFS Cloud. Experience with Windchill or other PTC applications. Experience supporting an ERP or application migration to a cloud environment.
Job Description We are seeking a Senior IT Application & Systems Administrator with experience supporting enterprise applications and systems. This role will be responsible for application administration, incident and ticket management, vendor coordination, and supporting business-critical platforms across IT and operational environments.
