IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Job Title: IT Systems Administrator - Atlanta, Georgia location

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide technical support, maintain, and secure on-premises infrastructure, and support Microsoft cloud services. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; manage Windows Server and virtualization environments; deploy and manage network security appliances; and document system architecture and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal users via phone, email and in person for hardware, network and software issues
• Monitor, troubleshoot and manage M365 Environment
• Deploy, configure and manage network.
• Implement and maintain server and endpoint protection.
• Produce and maintain clear documentation for systems architecture, configuration and policies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and SAAS software providers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in on-premises IT administration and end-user support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration as Administrator (Entra ID, SharePoint, Purview, Intune, Exchange Online)
• Solid LAN networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a changing environment
• Familiarity with some of the following equipment/tools/systems: NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, Datto, Fortigate, Ubiquiti

Certifications are a plus but not a requirement.
