Dental Receptionist

Job Description

We are a growing private dental practice seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our friendly and patient-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a positive environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional attitude
Schedule hygiene and treatment appointments
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Verify dental insurance and review benefits with patients
Handle patient check-out and collect payments
Manage treatment scheduling and pending treatment follow-ups
Maintain accurate patient records
Support the dental team with administrative and clinical coordination as needed

Qualifications

Dental office experience preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Detail-oriented and patient-focused
