Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients efficiently
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain and update medical records accurately
• Verify patient insurance information
• Perform data entry tasks related to patient and appointment information
• Provide responsive and professional customer service

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical reception
• Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Knowledge of patient scheduling and medical terminology
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Competence in data entry and office administration
