Corporate M&A Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with the Nashville office of a preeminent law firm to recruit a mid-level corporate associate. Experience Sought Representing public and/or private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Extensive private equity experience is a plus. Conducting due diligence in connection with M&A transactions. Creating and analyzing contracts, shareholder agreements, and other legal documents. Assisting in entity formations and dissolutions, and advising on corporate governance matters Experience advising on securities and SEC reporting matters is a plus. Qualifications 3+ years of experience at another large law firm or sophisticated corporate boutique. JD from a T100 law school with outstanding academic credentials. Licensed in good standing in current jurisdiction and ability to become licensed in Tennessee.
