EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. We are hiring Consultants for our TCF practices: Due Diligence, Valuation, Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory. What We Look For: Strong analytical skills. 0-2 years of relevant experience in transaction services, financial audit, private equity or corporate finance. Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc). A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Your Role: As a consultant, you will: Support the team in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects. Analyze financial statements and identify key business drivers.
