ABOUT OUR AGENCY :
Since opening the agency in 2014, we've built a close-knit team focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace. Before becoming an agent, I spent time as an Agent Aspirant, which helped prepare me to lead and grow a successful agency.

Born and raised in Louisiana, I'm married with three children, and family is at the center of everything I do. That same family-oriented mindset extends into our office culture. We have a younger team that genuinely enjoys working together, supports one another, and values teamwork above all else.

We're looking for someone who wants stability, embraces a family atmosphere, and is motivated to grow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can lead when needed, contribute as a team player, and is committed to continuous improvement. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jordan Wiggins - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
