Senior Manager - Client Services

Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager (SEM) for its Financial Services (BFS) vertical with a focus on Cloud, Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and GenAI-led transformation sales. The individual will lead client engagement activities within assigned accounts, working closely with Client Partners, Consulting, Delivery, and Alliance teams to drive business growth and expand strategic client relationships.The SEM will be responsible for originating, shaping, and closing Cloud and AI transformation opportunities across Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, and broader Financial Services clients. Typically, the SEM manages strategic relationships and growth portfolios with significant revenue responsibility, driving both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management & Business DevelopmentBuild and strengthen executive relationships with business and technology stakeholders across assigned Financial Services accounts.Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on Cloud, Data, AI, GenAI, and Digital Transformation services.Own the opportunity management lifecycle: Prospect Evaluate Propose Close.Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.Identify whitespace opportunities and collaborate across Infosys service lines to maximize client value.Cloud & AI Transformation SalesLead strategic conversations around Cloud Migration, Cloud Modernization, Data Platforms, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation.Position Infosys capabilities and solutions to address client business objectives and technology priorities.Collaborate with consulting, solution, alliance, and delivery teams to build compelling business cases and differentiated value propositions.Drive large transformation pursuits from opportunity qualification through contract signature.Client Delivery AssurancePartner with delivery stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client commitments.Act as an executive sponsor and escalation point to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Support long-term relationship growth through successful delivery outcomes and value realization.Account Planning & GovernanceDevelop account plans that include client relationship strategies, opportunity pipelines, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and governance mechanisms.Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and strategic objectives.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on account priorities and pursuit strategies.Alliance & Ecosystem EngagementBuild strong relationships with hyperscaler partners such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.Leverage joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and partner funding programs to accelerate growth.Collaborate with alliance teams to create and execute Cloud and AI-led transformation opportunities.About Infosys Financial ServicesInfosys Financial Services helps leading Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, and Insurance organizations accelerate business transformation through digital innovation, cloud adoption, data modernization, and AI-powered solutions. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience• Significant business development and project management experience• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
