As a Line Cook with us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and work with a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Pomodoros Ristorante standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
• Manage kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Required Skills:

• Experience in pasta, broiling, scratch cooking, and kitchen management
• Strong knowledge of food cost management, plate presentation, and portion control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, a la carte kitchen environment
• Experience in sauce making, pastry making, seafood, sautéing, and baked goods
• Knowledge of special diets, dietary restrictions, dessert making, and batch cooking
• Soup Making
• Grilling

• Knife skills

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $18.00 per hour

Maximum Salary: $23.00 per hour
