Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist Team Member to support our office operations and help maintain smooth communication. This role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams, while providing a pathway to develop professional skills and earn Property & Casualty licenses.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Take detailed messages and forward them appropriately
• Transfer calls to the correct team members
• Monitor office texts, reassign tasks, and notify responsible team members
• Greet walk-in visitors warmly and professionally
• Check and manage office voicemail messages
• Process customer payments accurately
• Run bank deposits as required
• Support training activities for team members
