Goal: Assist customers with vehicle additions and trades, policy quotes, billing questions, coverage changes, and product pivots. Focus on customer retention and generating referrals. Earn commissions on new policies written and quotes acquired through pivots.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent service to our current customers. This role focuses on customer retention, managing policy changes, assisting with billing inquiries, providing accurate policy quotes, and helping customers explore additional insurance products. If you are customer-focused and licensed in Property & Casualty insurance or looking to get licensed, this is a great opportunity to grow your career and earn commissions with an uncapped commission structure.

You will help customers when they need changes the most—like adding or trading vehicles—while identifying opportunities to pivot them to additional products you’re licensed to sell. Your goal will be to keep customers happy, secure the right coverage, and generate referrals that grow our business.
