Rick Hill BMW/Porsche Service Receptionist / Coordinator Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Receptionist/Coordinator in our BMW and Porsche service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-line interactions, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients visiting our service department. - Phone Management: Answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about services offered.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and availability.
- Client Assistance: Assisting clients with service-related questions, providing updates on their vehicles, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Supporting Service Advisors: Collaborating with service advisors to facilitate smooth communication and coordination between customers and the service department.
- Customer Greeting: Warmly welcoming customers to the service center, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the service team to ensure effective communication and a seamless customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using basic office software, computers and phone systems.
- Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday and have a valid driver's license.
