Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Open) Location: Independence, OH - Rockside Woods Blvd - Management - North BSC Overview Airgas is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Independence, OH. The role involves supervising a team of CX Representatives and Specialists, evaluating and enhancing customer experience practices, implementing digital capabilities, and optimizing the customer journey. The goal is to create an effortless customer experience resulting in increased customer loyalty and purchases. Responsibilities Contact customers with overdue balances, send payment reminders, and negotiate payment plans. Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing disputes, address payment inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, track collection efforts, and provide regular updates to management on collection performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics. 3+ years of experience in a similar function. Experience in a multinational company is desirable.
